Once those are agreed upon, our team still works hard for you. Working through your mortgage lender, we will arrange the home’s appraisal. We will then arrange the following:
- Home Inspection
- Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) Inspection
- Property Survey
- Title Search – In order to ensure you are buying a home with a clear title
If issues are found during the inspection process, we will go back to the seller or their real estate agent and negotiate that these issues are rectified prior to closing. We will coordinate the Closing Date with all parties involved. While this meeting typically can take between 45-60 minutes, you will leave it as a proud home owner with the keys to your new home in hand!
